Most of tutorials on internet combines between Swagger and Spring Boot, i have to experiment for a while for a proper configuration for Spring MVC 4 and xml-based configuration because almost all my project are based on xml configuration instead of java configuration.
First is creating Java and Spring xml configuration, pom.xml

I am getting following exceotion after following above steps :
org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name ‘org.springframework.web.servlet.mvc.method.annotation.RequestMappingHandlerAdapter’: Initialization of bean failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.google.common.collect.FluentIterable.toList()Lcom/google/common/collect/ImmutableList;
